• You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal adult capacity in your jurisdiction to place an order.
• If you place orders on behalf of an agency, company, or third party, you confirm that you hold full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding digital commerce.

Roznhe is a direct provider and social media marketing (SMM) platform. We provide automated promotional marketing signals including, but not limited to: followers, likes, views, subscribers, impressions, shares, and engagement across supported platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Telegram).

All services are intended purely for promotional, visibility, and social proof enhancement. Roznhe does not sell passwords, private access, or administrative control over any social media platform.

Once your payment is approved by our payment gateway, the order is placed into our automated dispatch queue.

• Start Times: Most services begin executing within 1 to 5 minutes. High volume campaigns or major platform maintenance periods may experience delays of up to 24–48 hours.
• Delivery Speed: Services are dispatched at realistic speeds designed to protect profile safety and comply with algorithm growth patterns.
• No Duplicate Concurrent Orders: You must wait until an active order for a given URL is marked Completed before placing another order for the exact same URL.

Roznhe is committed to providing high retention rates. Many of our packages include dedicated Non-Drop or Refill Guarantees (e.g. 30-Day Refill or Lifetime Protection).

• Natural Algorithm Sweeps: Social media networks periodically execute sweep routines. If drops occur during your service's guarantee window, Roznhe will replenish the dropped count at zero additional charge.
• Conditions for Refill: The link must remain public, the handle must remain unchanged, and current counts must be below the start count + delivered amount.
• Mixed Services: Ordering non-refill services on top of refill services on the same handle will void refill eligibility due to tracking interference.

All orders on Roznhe are processed through direct, encrypted checkout:

• One-Time Payments: All transactions are one-time charges. Roznhe does not enroll users into recurring or automatic subscription billings without explicit consent.
• Non-Refundable After Dispatch: Because social media signals and digital services cannot be reversed once dispatched to the network servers, completed or in-progress orders are strictly non-refundable.
• Partial & Canceled Orders: If an order cannot be completed by our servers, the remaining undelivered amount is automatically refunded.
• Fraud & Chargeback Prohibition: Customers agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Doing so will lead to an immediate ban.

Users agree to use Roznhe only for legitimate social media marketing purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our services to:

• Promote unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Promote harassment, adult content without appropriate age gates, or malicious links.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt Roznhe's servers or automated API endpoints.

Roznhe reserves the right to immediately cancel orders and close accounts that violate these fair use policies.
